01我们收集哪些信息

我们不收集任何个人信息。具体来说，本 App：

• 没有账号体系，不要求你注册、登录或提交任何资料；
• 不收集设备标识符（IDFA / IDFV）、位置、通讯录、日历、照片库列表、健康或生物特征数据；
• 不含任何第三方 SDK —— 没有统计分析、广告、崩溃上报、社交登录或归因追踪组件；
• App 自身不含任何网络请求代码，我们也没有自己的服务器。唯一的例外是你主动购买或恢复购买时 —— 那一步由 Apple 的 App Store 组件直接与 Apple 通信，我们既不经手、也不会收到其中的任何数据。

因为我们不收集数据，所以也不存在「数据出售」「数据共享给第三方」或「用于广告投放」的情形。

02你的设置存在哪里

全部保存在你设备上的 App 沙盒内，不会离开设备：

这些内容不含任何可识别你个人身份的信息，我们也没有任何途径读取它们。

03相册与照片

当你在「设置 → 通用 → 扬声器背景图」里选图时，App 调用的是 iOS 系统自带的照片选择器（PHPicker）。它由系统直接管理：

• App 不会获得相册访问权限，也无法浏览你相册里的其他照片；
• App 只能拿到你主动点选的那一张图片；
• 选中的图片会按显示需要压缩后，保存一份副本到 App 自己的沙盒目录，仅用于铺在扬声器格栅后面，不会上传到任何地方。

你可以随时在设置里点「移除背景图」删除这份副本；卸载 App 也会一并清除。

04购买与订阅

会员购买全部通过 Apple 的 App Store 内购（In-App Purchase）完成。

• 我们不接触、也不存储你的支付信息 —— 姓名、卡号、账单地址等一概不经手，这些信息由 Apple 按其隐私政策处理。
• 为了判断你是否已解锁会员，App 使用 Apple 的 StoreKit 2 在设备本地读取并校验 Apple 签名的交易凭证。这一过程在设备上完成，不需要联网，也不需要我们的服务器参与。
• 我们不建立用户画像，不基于购买记录做任何分析或推送。

06儿童隐私

本 App 不面向儿童收集任何信息 —— 实际上，它不向任何人收集信息。由于我们不存在个人信息数据库，也就不可能持有儿童的个人信息。家长如对孩子使用本 App 有疑问，欢迎通过下方邮箱联系我们。

07数据保留与删除

我们没有任何你的数据副本，因此不存在「数据保留期」的概念。设备上的数据由你完全掌控：

• 在 App 内可随时改动或清除各项设置，包括移除背景图；
• 卸载 App 时，iOS 会一并删除全部相关数据，无需另行申请。

08你的权利

依据欧盟《通用数据保护条例》（GDPR）、美国《加州消费者隐私法》（CCPA/CPRA）、《中华人民共和国个人信息保护法》等法规，你有权访问、更正、导出或删除自己的个人信息，也有权撤回同意或向监管机构投诉。

由于本 App 不收集个人信息，我们通常并不持有可供查询、导出或删除的副本。你仍可以随时通过卸载 App 清除设备上的全部数据，或通过下方邮箱联系我们说明诉求。

09本政策的变更

如本政策发生实质性变更，我们会更新本页面并同步修改顶部的「最近更新」日期；涉及重大变更时，会在 App 的版本更新说明中提示。继续使用即表示你接受更新后的政策。

01What we collect

We collect no personal information. Specifically, this app:

• has no account system and never asks you to register, sign in, or submit any details;
• does not collect device identifiers (IDFA / IDFV), location, contacts, calendars, your photo library listing, or health and biometric data;
• bundles no third-party SDK — no analytics, advertising, crash reporting, social login, or attribution framework;
• the app itself contains no networking code, and we run no server of our own. The one exception is when you make or restore a purchase — that step is handled by Apple's App Store framework talking to Apple directly, and we neither handle nor receive any of it.

Because we collect nothing, there is no data to sell, no data shared with third parties, and no data used for advertising.

02Where your settings live

Only inside the app sandbox on your device — they never leave it:

None of it identifies you, and we have no way to read any of it.

03Photos and your library

When you pick a photo under Settings → General → Speaker Backdrop, the app uses the iOS system photo picker (PHPicker). It is managed by the system itself:

• the app never receives photo-library permission and cannot browse your other photos;
• the app only receives the single image you tap;
• that image is compressed as needed and a copy is saved into the app's own sandbox purely to sit behind the speaker grille. It is never uploaded anywhere.

You can delete that copy at any time with “Remove Backdrop”; deleting the app also removes it.

04Purchases and subscriptions

All memberships are sold as Apple App Store in-app purchases.

• We never handle or store your payment details — name, card number, and billing address stay with Apple and are processed under Apple's privacy policy.
• To know whether your membership is active, the app uses Apple's StoreKit 2 to read and verify Apple-signed transaction receipts locally on your device. This happens on-device: no network, and no server of ours involved.
• We build no user profile and perform no analysis or messaging based on purchase history.

05System permissions and capabilities

The table below lists what the app does and does not use, so you can cross-check it against the App Privacy section of the App Store listing:

06Children's privacy

The app collects nothing from children — in fact, it collects nothing from anyone. Since we hold no personal-data store, we cannot hold a child's personal information either. Parents with questions about a child using the app are welcome to email us below.

07Retention and deletion

We hold no copy of your data, so there is no “retention period”. Everything on the device is under your control:

• you can change or clear any setting inside the app at any time, including removing the backdrop photo;
• deleting the app makes iOS remove all related data — no request needed.

08Your rights

Under the EU GDPR, the California CCPA/CPRA, China's Personal Information Protection Law, and similar laws, you have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, to withdraw consent, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

Because this app collects no personal information, we normally hold no copy to look up, export, or delete. You can still clear everything on your device by deleting the app, or email us below with your request.

09Changes to this policy

If this policy changes materially we will update this page and the “Last updated” date above, and note significant changes in the app's release notes. Continued use means you accept the updated policy.
