按顺序检查这几处，绝大多数情况是第 1 条：

• 音量推子是不是在最低 —— 主界面右侧的音量推子决定背景音量，往上拖即可；
• 系统音量与静音 —— 用侧边音量键调大，并确认没有连到蓝牙音箱或耳机；
• 是否点的是被锁住的声音 —— 液晶屏会显示「会员专享 · 点此解锁」，点它可查看解锁方式；
• 若以上都正常，试试点「停止」再重新播放一次。

会继续播放。App 已开启后台音频能力，锁屏、切到其他 App 或接完电话后都会继续，接电话时会自动暂停，挂断后恢复。要停止请回到 App 按「停止」，或用定时关闭让它自然结束。

主界面左下方有「定时关闭」推子，可在 0–90 分钟之间以 1 分钟为步进连续调节（刻度为 OFF / 30 / 60 / 90，但可以拖到任意值）。拖动即按新时长重算倒计时；最后 10 秒会有滴答提示，时间到自动渐出停止。首次安装的默认值是 15 分钟。

部分声音素材本身时长较短，循环点可能可闻。可以试试换用其他声音主题，或反馈告诉我们是哪一个 —— 我们会优先替换该素材。

打开「设置」，点顶部的会员卡片即可看到当前全部可选方案（自动续订订阅与一次性买断）。购买完成后，被锁住的声音与配色主题会立刻解锁，不需要重启 App。

各方案的名称、周期与价格都由 App Store 下发，直接显示在卡片上；如果某个方案提供免费试用，购买页上会出现一颗绿色的「免费试用」按钮。以你付款前看到的为准 —— 我们不在帮助页里复述价格，以免和商店里的实际配置不一致。

25 种声音里有 10 种免费（包含主界面按键排上的全部 6 种），8 款配色主题里有 5 款免费。其余声音与配色为会员专享，在列表里带「会员专享」标记。

免费的那 10 种分别是：细雨、雨中鸟鸣、柴火噼啪、老火车厢、雨打伞面、水下白噪音、正午细雨、滚滚雷声、海浪拍岸、岸边浪涌。

试用期的长度显示在购买页上。Apple 的规则是：在试用结束前至少 24 小时取消，就不会产生任何费用；若未取消，试用结束时将按该方案的价格自动扣费并进入正常续订周期。取消方式见下一条。

订阅由 Apple 管理，请在系统里操作：「设置」→ 顶部 Apple 账户 → 「订阅」→ 选择 Relax Sound → 取消订阅。取消后，当前已付费周期结束前仍可继续使用会员权益。

另外提醒：卸载 App 不会自动取消订阅。

在，只要用同一个 Apple 账户登录。在新设备上安装 App 后，打开设置里的会员卡片，点「恢复购买」即可。恢复购买是免费的，不会重复扣费。

不会。一次性买断不是订阅，也没有自动续费，支付一次即长期有效。之后的版本更新不需要再付费，未来版本也不会加入广告。

所有付款由 Apple 处理，退款也需向 Apple 申请：访问 reportaproblem.apple.com，用购买时的 Apple 账户登录后选择对应订单。我们无权直接为你办理退款。

打开「设置」→「通用」→「按键音音量」，拖动滑杆即可 —— 拖动过程中即时生效，松手会补响一声供你试听。不需要这个声音的话，把上一行的「按键音效」开关关掉即可。这个音量只影响按键音，与背景音量的推子互不干扰。

「设置」→「通用」→「扬声器背景图」，点右边的选择按钮从相册选一张即可。图片会等比缩放铺满格栅、不裁变形，并保存在本机。想换回原样就点下方出现的「移除背景图」。

• 语言：默认跟随系统语言自动切换。想单独指定，在 App 内「设置 → 通用 → 语言」里选一门即可（共 8 种语言，选择后立即生效、不用重启）。系统自带的「设置 → Relax Sound → 语言」那条入口同样有效。
• 颜色主题（浅色 / 深色）：设置 →「会员」组里的「颜色主题」，可在浅色 / 深色 / 自动之间切换。
• 配色主题：设置 →「配色主题」，可选薄荷、琥珀、湖水、紫罗兰、日落（免费）与石墨、靛蓝、樱粉（会员专享）。

可以。「设置 → 会员 → 所有声音」进入声音列表，拖动右侧手柄即可排序；排在前 6 位的声音会出现在主界面按键排上。列表里还可以逐个试听。

不会。App 完全离线运行，没有账号、没有网络请求，音量和主题等设置只保存在你自己的设备上。详见 隐私政策。

会清掉本机的全部设置与背景图。会员权益买在 Apple 账户上，重新安装后点「恢复购买」即可找回。

Check these in order — the first one is the culprit most of the time:

• Is the volume fader at the bottom? The fader on the right of the main screen sets background volume — drag it up;
• System volume and mute — raise it with the side buttons, and check you aren't connected to a Bluetooth speaker or headphones;
• Is the sound locked? The display will read “Members only · tap to unlock”; tap it to see how to unlock;
• If all of that is fine, tap Stop and start playback again.

Yes. The app has the background-audio capability enabled, so it keeps playing when you lock the screen, switch apps, or finish a call — calls pause it automatically and it resumes afterwards. To stop, return to the app and press Stop, or let the sleep timer fade it out.

There is a “Sleep Timer” fader at the bottom left of the main screen, adjustable continuously from 0 to 90 minutes in 1-minute steps (the printed marks are OFF / 30 / 60 / 90, but you can drag to any value). Dragging recalculates the countdown immediately; the last 10 seconds tick audibly and playback fades out when time is up. The default on a fresh install is 15 minutes.

Some source recordings are short, so the loop point can be audible. Try another sound theme, or tell us which one it is — we prioritise replacing that asset.

Open Settings and tap the membership card at the top to see every option currently available (auto-renewing subscriptions and one-time purchases). Once the purchase completes, locked sounds and colour themes unlock immediately — no restart needed.

Item names, billing periods, and prices come from the App Store and are shown on the cards themselves; if a plan includes a free trial, a green “Start Free Trial” button appears on the purchase page. What you see before confirming governs — we do not repeat prices here, so this page cannot drift out of step with the store.

10 of the 25 sounds are free (including all six on the main deck) and 5 of the 8 colour themes are free. The rest are members-only and carry a “PLUS only” tag in the lists.

The free sounds are: Gentle Rain, Birds in the Rain, Fire Crackling, Old Train Car, Rain on Umbrella, Underwater, Midday Rain, Rolling Thunder, Ocean Waves and Shoreline Surf.

The trial length is shown on the purchase page. Apple’s rule: cancel at least 24 hours before it ends and you are charged nothing; otherwise the plan’s price is charged when the trial ends and the normal renewal cycle begins. See the next item for how to cancel.

Subscriptions are managed by Apple, in the system: Settings → your Apple Account at the top → Subscriptions → Relax Noise → Cancel Subscription. After cancelling, membership benefits continue until the current paid period ends.

Note: deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

Yes, as long as you sign in with the same Apple Account. Install the app on the new device, open the membership card in Settings, and tap “Restore Purchases”. Restoring is free and never charges you twice.

No. A one-time purchase is not a subscription, with no auto-renewal, and stays valid indefinitely. Future updates cost nothing extra, and future versions will not add advertising.

All payments are handled by Apple, so refunds must be requested from Apple: go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with the Apple Account you purchased with, and select the order. We cannot issue refunds directly.

Open Settings → General → Button Volume and drag the slider — it takes effect as you drag, and releasing plays one click so you can hear it. If you don't want the sound at all, turn off the “Button Sounds” switch on the row above. This volume affects button clicks only; it is independent of the background volume fader.

Settings → General → Speaker Backdrop, then tap the picker on the right and choose an image. It is scaled proportionally to fill the grille without distortion and stored on your device. To go back to the default, tap “Remove Backdrop” that appears below.

• Language: follows the system language by default. To pin one, pick it under Settings → General → Language inside the app (8 languages; the change takes effect immediately, with no restart). The system Settings → Relax Noise → Language entry works as well.
• Light / dark: Settings → the “Membership” group → “Color Theme”, switchable between light, dark, and auto.
• Colour: Settings → “Color Palette” — Mint, Amber, Lagoon, Violet, Sunset (free) plus Graphite, Indigo and Sakura (members-only).

Yes. Go to Settings → Membership → All Sounds, then drag the handles to reorder; the first six appear on the main key row. You can also preview each one from that list.

No. The app runs fully offline — no account, no network requests; volume, theme, and other settings stay on your own device. See the Privacy Policy.

Your local settings and backdrop photo are removed. Your membership lives on your Apple Account — reinstall and tap “Restore Purchases” to get it back.
